Black Belt Training

The participants to the Black Belt trainings will prevail on the whole methods and procedures necessary for the DMAIC methodology used during the application of the Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma improvement projects. The training will be finished within a period of four months with in total 20 days spread in training of 5 days.

Thanks to the world standard training, the participants will have the chance to promote by applying the methods they have learned in the projects within the organisation. All along the training and till the completion of the project, they will be assisted by experienced OMS Master Black Belts concerning the methods and applications.

The public class training is transferred within the targeted period defined by the participants come from different organisations. These participants will be obliged to choose a project theme from their organisation.

The participants that have completed with success their project steps within the organisation and done well in the exam measuring their theoretic training proficiency will become entitled to obtain the, "Black Belt Success Certificate”.
