Project Selection

It represents the work for the clarification of the Six Sigma expectations in accordance with the priorities of the Six Sigma Deployment champions and the business leaders, the determination of the criteria, the definition of the project the most focused on these criteria. In addition to the selection of the project focused on the company strategies, this work aims also at teaching the definition of the problem.

Determination of the company value chain.
Make the customers’ expectations out. Determination of the outputs belonging to the value chain and the disclosure of the project conception focused on these outputs.
Prioritisation of the project according to the organisation expectations.

Business Leaders: They are persons who give strategic direction to the company. They are responsible of the determination of the main domains to be focused by the Six Sigma, the definition of the projects able to create high effect and the reserve of the necessary resources.

The Champions: They are persons responsible of the success and deployment of the Six Sigma projects with the Black Belts and Green Belts. They define the resources and remove the barriers.
