Yeşil Kuşak Eğitimleri

Yeşil Kuşak eğitimi katılımcıları, Altı Sigma veya Yalın Altı Sigma iyileştirme projelerini uygularken DMAIC metodolojisi için gerekli yöntem ve metotların tümüne hakim olacaklardır. Eğitim, organizasyonun önceliklerine göre üç veya dört aya yayılı olarak, 10 gün içinde tamamlanacaktır.

Katılımcılar, öğrendikleri metotları projelerinde, organizasyonları içinde uygulayarak ilerleme şansına sahip olacaklardır. Eğitim süresince ve projeleri tamamlanana kadar, tecrübeli OMS Uzman Kara Kuşakları tarafından metot ve uygulamalar konusunda destek verilecektir.

Eğitim Süresi : 10 gün*
Eğitim Koşulu : Kuruma özel veya açık sınıf

*Standart süredir, fakat organizasyonun hedef ve beklentilerine göre değişikliğe uğrayabilir.

The public class training is transferred within the targeted period defined by the participants come from different organisations. These participants will be obliged to choose a project theme from their organisation.

The participants that have completed with success their project steps within the organisation and done well in the exam measuring their theoretical training proficiency will become entitled to obtain the, "Green Belt Success Certificate" .
