Green Belt Training The participants to the Green Belt training will prevail on the methods and procedures necessary for the DMAIC methodology used during the application of the Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma improvement projects. According to the priority of the organisation, the training will be completed within 10 days spread into three or four months. The participants will have the chance to promote by applying the methods they have learned in the projects within the organisation. All along the training and till the completion of the project, they will be assisted by experienced OMS Master Black Belts concerning the methods and applications.

Period of training : 10 days* Training condition: Special to the institution or public class

* It is the standard period but it can be modified according to the organisation’s target and expectations .

The public class training is transferred within the targeted period defined by the participants come from different organisations. These participants will be obliged to choose a project theme from their organisation.

The participants that have completed with success their project steps within the organisation and done well in the exam measuring their theoretical training proficiency will become entitled to obtain the, "Green Belt Success Certificate" .
