	Executive Training Business Leaders: They are persons who give strategic direction to the company. They are responsible of the determination of the main domains to be focused by the Six Sigma, the definition of the projects able to create high effect and the reserve of the necessary resources. The Champions: They are persons responsible of the success and deployment of the Six Sigma projects with the Black Belts and Green Belts. They define the resourcs and remove the barriers . The Sponsors: They are managers responsible of the targets of the black belt and green belts. They are owners of the project targets. Process Owners: They are persons who define the opportunities and who are responsible of the monitoring and application after the project.
	Period of training : 2 days*
	Training condition: Special to the institution or general participation

	*It is the standard period but it can be modified according to the organisation’s target and expectations.

The goal of the training is to explain the Six Sigma system and its fundamental concepts, to cite the language used in Six Sigma as well as the works to be performed, to transfer the cultural, material and organisational changes and to make adopt the responsibilities and functions to the persons that will undertake these changes. Supporting with a simulation the training aims at teaching and explaining the DMAIC methodology to the managers.
